The safety of our customers and staff is our priority, so, whilst the dealership may look a little different, we are ready for you...
We will be prioritising key workers and customers who are due a service and MOT.
We would like to reassure you that we have reviewed every step of our customer journey, across the service department, and strict measures have been put in place to ensure that we can confidently commit to Government social distancing guidelines and keep you safe.
We will be contacting all customers who have had work delayed on their vehicle, and those who are due workshop appointments. Please get in touch if you would like to book your car in and have not been contacted.
Collect and Deliver
To minimise contact and enable you to stay home, we are offering a Collect and Delivery service but due to the reduced number of staff this will be booked on a first come, first served basis with limited numbers. If your vehicle does not start due to a flat battery please let us know before the collection date so that we can organise to bring the necessary tools to restart your battery. There is no need to attempt this yourself prior to our arrival; in fact, we would prefer that you have not been in recent contact with your vehicle. We will maintain communication with you whilst your car is with us and inform you when your service or MOT is complete and when your car will be returned. We have implemented a sanitation process to ensure any touch points within the car, including keys are thoroughly sanitised before the vehicle is returned.
We have taken every possible step to facilitate our employees working from home. Where this is not possible, we reassure you that our employees on site all adhere to government guidelines on social distancing. Our staff will be spaced accordingly to ensure we can maintain the required, safe distance. As well as limiting the number of people at any given time, we are continuing to practise strict hand sanitising and have dispensers for staff and customers to utilise upon entering and leaving. We will be placing signage appropriately to indicate where you should wait and adhere to the 2-metre rule.
